Acceptable Use Policy

• Any content that sexualises, depicts sexual activity involving, or exploits minors, or persons who appear to be minors, including fictional, drawn or AI-generated depictions ("CSAM"). We report such content and the related account data to competent authorities and child-protection hotlines.
• Uploading images of minors for sexual, suggestive, violent or humiliating effects. Face-based effects using images of minors (e.g. age or "baby prediction") are permitted only by a parent/guardian and only for non-sexual, non-harmful family use.
• Sexual or intimate content depicting real, identifiable people, whether or not they consented, including "nudify", undressing or face-swap into sexual content. Real people may never be depicted in the 18+ section.
• Non-consensual deepfakes: content that places a real person in a situation they did not consent to and that could deceive viewers or harm that person, including fake statements, fake endorsements, fake evidence, humiliating or defamatory content.
• Voice cloning of any person without their explicit consent; using cloned voices for impersonation, fraud, scams, social engineering, or to bypass voice-based authentication.
• Content that promotes terrorism, violent extremism, or incites violence or hatred based on protected characteristics.
• Content that is illegal in the user's jurisdiction or in Armenia, including illegal content under the laws of the markets where the content is distributed.

2.1You may use images or voice of a real person (including yourself) only if: (a) you are that person, or (b) that person (or, for a minor, their parent/guardian) has given explicit, informed consent to the specific use, and (c) the Output is not sexual, defamatory, deceptive or harmful to them. Public figures are not an exception: no fake endorsements, political deepfakes intended to deceive, or sexualised content.

2.2For voice cloning, the voice owner must consent to cloning and to the intended uses. We may require a recorded consent statement read by the voice owner, and keep a record of consent. Consent may be withdrawn by the voice owner; on withdrawal we will delete the clone.

• Access only for paid, age-verified adults in permitted countries.
• Only fictional adult characters; no real or identifiable people, no celebrity lookalikes, no uploaded photos of real persons.
• No minors or childlike characteristics, no non-consensual or violent sexual content, no bestiality, no incest, no content illegal in your country.
• Do not attempt to bypass filters (prompt manipulation, image tricks). Bypass attempts result in termination.
• 18+ Outputs must not be published on platforms that prohibit them or shown to minors.

• Infringing third-party copyrights, trademarks or other rights; creating counterfeit product images or misleading marketplace listings.
• Misleading advertising, false product claims, fake reviews, fake "before/after" results.
• Harassment, bullying, doxxing, threats, revenge content.
• Political disinformation, election manipulation, impersonation of officials, media or brands.
• Spam, malware, hacking, scraping the Service, reselling access, sharing accounts, circumventing limits, payment fraud.
• Using AI influencer models to deceive audiences that they are a real person where disclosure is required by law or platform rules.

5.1Outputs may contain visible marks and/or embedded metadata identifying them as AI-generated. You must not remove or alter such marks or metadata where they are required by law. When you publish Outputs that depict realistic people, events or voices, or use AI influencer models, you must clearly disclose that the content is AI-generated where required by law (including EU AI Act transparency rules, where applicable), by advertising law (including Russian ad-marking requirements) or by platform/marketplace rules, and we recommend doing so in all cases.

6.1Anyone (including non-users) can report content generated with or hosted on the Service that violates this AUP or their rights, including deepfakes of them, misuse of their voice, or intimate images: email support.aladdin@armosphera.com or use the "Report" function in the app (https://a1-clip-app.armosphera.com/contact).

6.2Please include: (a) your name and contact; (b) the link, ID or description of the content; (c) why it is unlawful or violates the AUP (e.g. you are the person depicted and did not consent); (d) for copyright claims, identification of the work and a statement of good-faith belief and accuracy; (e) for requests on behalf of others, proof of authority.

6.3We acknowledge reports promptly and act within 48 hours (24 hours for intimate or minor-related content). Content involving minors or non-consensual intimate imagery is removed immediately upon credible report. We may also disable the related account, preserve evidence and notify authorities. We cannot remove content from third-party platforms where a user has republished it, but we will provide information to help you contact them where lawful.

6.4The user who created the content will be notified where appropriate and lawful, with the reason, and may submit a counter-notice to support.aladdin@armosphera.com. Repeat infringers' accounts are terminated.

7.1We use automated filters and human review to enforce this AUP. We may refuse any request, remove content, limit features, or terminate accounts at our reasonable discretion, and cooperate with law enforcement in accordance with applicable law.
