Terms of Service

1.1These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of A1 Clip Aladdin, including the website https://aladdin.armosphera.com, the web application https://a1-clip-app.armosphera.com and related services (together, the "Service").

1.2The Service is operated by Armosphera LLC, a limited liability company registered in the Republic of Armenia under number 273.110.1201950 (unique identifier 52893729), tax ID 02848557, registered address Verin Antarayin 131-27, Yerevan 0009, Armenia ("we", "us", "Armosphera").

1.3These Terms incorporate our Privacy Policy, Refund & Credits Policy and Acceptable Use Policy. By creating an account, purchasing credits or a plan, or using the Service, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2.1You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to use the Service. The 18+ section is available only to adults who hold a paid plan or paid credits and have completed age verification.

2.2If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other organisation (including in the marketplace-seller section), you confirm that you are authorised to bind it, and "you" includes that organisation.

2.3You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials confidential and notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

2.4You may not use the Service if you are subject to sanctions or located in a country or region where we do not offer the Service, or where your use would breach applicable law.

3.1The Service lets you generate and edit images, video and audio using artificial intelligence, including text-to-image, image-to-image, image- and text-to-video, face-based effects (such as AI kiss/hug, age transformation, baby prediction, virtual try-on and talking photo), avatars, voice synthesis and voice cloning, AI influencer persona models, an age-restricted 18+ section, and tools for marketplace sellers.

3.2Outputs are generated automatically by AI models, some of which are operated by third-party providers. Outputs may be inaccurate, unexpected, similar to outputs created for other users, or unsuitable for your purpose. Predictions such as "baby prediction" or "age" effects are entertainment and do not reflect real genetic, medical or factual outcomes.

3.3We may add, change, suspend or remove features, models, styles and prices. Where a change materially reduces a paid feature you have already paid for, we will inform you and, where required by law, offer a proportionate refund or credit.

3.4We may apply usage limits (including concurrency, daily spending limits and rate limits) to protect the Service, users and our costs.

4.1Paid features are charged in credits. 1 credit has a nominal value of USD 0.01. The credit cost of each operation is displayed before you start it. Current prices: https://a1-clip-app.armosphera.com/pricing.

4.2You can buy monthly plans (priced in USD or RUB) and one-off credit top-ups. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, currently PayPal; planned are the Russian Faster Payments System (СБП) and bank card acquiring through VTB Bank (Armenia) CJSC or other banks. We do not store full card details.

4.3Plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless the Refund & Credits Policy or mandatory law provides otherwise.

4.4Credits are a licence to use the Service; they are not money, electronic money, a deposit or a security, carry no interest, cannot be transferred or sold, and cannot be exchanged for cash except as stated in the Refund & Credits Policy or required by law. Top-up credits do not expire. Plan credits are refilled at each renewal and do not carry over to the next billing period.

4.5Refunds, failed generations and chargebacks are governed by the Refund & Credits Policy.

5.1"Inputs" means prompts, text, images, video, audio, voice samples and other material you upload or submit. "Outputs" means images, video, audio and other material generated for you by the Service.

5.2You confirm that you own or have all necessary rights, licences and consents for your Inputs, including the consent of every identifiable person whose face, body, voice or other likeness appears in them, and that your Inputs and use of Outputs comply with these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy and applicable law.

5.3Voice cloning: you may clone only your own voice or a voice whose owner has given you explicit, informed and documented consent for that purpose. We may ask you to provide evidence of consent or a recorded consent statement and may refuse or delete a voice clone at our discretion.

5.4Real people: when you use face-based effects or other features with images of real people, you are solely responsible for having their consent and for respecting their rights to image, privacy, honour, dignity and reputation. Real, identifiable people may never be depicted in the 18+ section.

5.5You are responsible for how you use, publish and distribute Outputs, including compliance with advertising, consumer-protection, platform and marketplace rules and any legal requirement to disclose that content is AI-generated.

6.1You retain all rights you hold in your Inputs. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, process, transmit and modify your Inputs and Outputs solely to provide, secure and support the Service (including passing them to our AI and infrastructure providers), to comply with law and to enforce our policies. This licence ends when the content is deleted from our systems, except for backups and records we must keep by law.

6.2Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, as between you and us, we assign to you all rights, title and interest (if any) that we have in Outputs generated for you, and you may use Outputs for any lawful personal or commercial purpose, including advertising, social media and marketplace listings. Outputs generated using free credits may also be used commercially, provided the AI-generated label is retained.

6.3Please note: in many jurisdictions content generated by AI without sufficient human creative contribution may not be protected by copyright, and similar Outputs may be generated for other users. We do not guarantee that Outputs are protectable, unique or free of third-party rights, and Outputs may unintentionally resemble existing works, trademarks or people.

6.4We do not use your Inputs or Outputs to train AI models.

6.5The Service, its software, design, brand names "A1 Clip", "Aladdin", "Armosphera", logos, preset styles, templates and documentation are owned by us or our licensors. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.

6.6If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.

7.1The 18+ section is available only to users who (a) are adults under the law of their place of residence and at least 18, (b) hold a paid plan or paid credits, (c) have successfully completed age verification, and (d) are located where such content is lawful. We may restrict this section by country.

7.2Content in the 18+ section must depict only fictional adults. Depiction of real or identifiable persons, minors or persons who appear to be minors, non-consensual acts, and other content prohibited by the Acceptable Use Policy is strictly forbidden and is blocked by permanent filters. Attempts to bypass filters will result in immediate termination and may be reported to authorities.

8.1The marketplace-seller section lets business users connect their own accounts on Ozon, Wildberries, Amazon, eBay and similar marketplaces by providing their own API keys, and publish Outputs to their own listings. You use this section as a business, not as a consumer.

8.2We store your API keys encrypted and use them only to perform actions you request. You remain responsible for your marketplace accounts, the accuracy and legality of your listings and product claims, compliance with each marketplace's terms, and any fees or penalties charged by marketplaces. You can revoke keys at any time in the marketplace's settings and delete them in the Service.

8.3Marketplaces are independent third parties; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by them and are not responsible for their availability, API changes, moderation decisions or actions.

9.1The Service relies on third-party AI model providers, hosting, payment and other providers. Their availability and quality may change. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control, but we remain responsible to you for the Service as required by mandatory law.

10.1You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Unused credits are treated as described in the Refund & Credits Policy.

10.2We may suspend or terminate your account, remove content, or restrict features, with or without notice where appropriate, if (a) you materially or repeatedly breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy; (b) we reasonably suspect fraud, payment abuse, chargeback abuse or sanctions issues; (c) required by law, court order or a competent authority; or (d) your use creates risk or legal exposure for us, other users or third parties. Where reasonable and lawful, we will tell you the reason and give you an opportunity to respond.

10.3Serious violations (in particular child sexual abuse material, sexual content of real people, non-consensual intimate imagery, fraud by voice impersonation) lead to immediate permanent termination without refund of credits to the extent permitted by law, preservation of relevant data and reporting to competent authorities.

10.4We may discontinue the Service with at least 30 days' notice; in that case we will refund unused paid credits as set out in the Refund & Credits Policy.

10.5Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including 6, 11–15) survive.

11.1To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service and Outputs are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that Outputs will meet your expectations, or that Outputs are accurate, lawful for your intended use, or free of third-party rights. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot be excluded under consumer-protection law applicable to you.

12.1To the maximum extent permitted by law: (a) we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill; and (b) our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 100.

12.2Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer law.

13.1If you use the Service as a business, you will indemnify and hold us harmless from third-party claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your Inputs, your use of Outputs, your listings, or your breach of these Terms or law. For consumers, this section applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

14.1These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.

14.2Before going to court, please contact us at support.aladdin@armosphera.com; we will try to resolve the matter within 30 days. Disputes not resolved will be submitted to the competent courts of the Republic of Armenia, without prejudice to a consumer's right to bring proceedings in the courts of their place of residence where mandatory law grants that right.

15.1Changes: we may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in the app at least 14 days in advance; continued use after the effective date means acceptance. If you do not agree, you may cancel and receive refunds as set out in the Refund & Credits Policy.

15.2Language: these Terms are published in English and Russian.

15.3Electronic communications, assignment (we may assign to an affiliate or successor), severability, no waiver, force majeure and entire agreement apply in the usual way.
